The patients with thrombosis of the retinal central and its branches. On the base complex study of visual analyser functional state and coagulatory of blood to determined curative effect of plasmapheresis in patients with trombosis of the retinal central and its branches. Methods - ophthalmology and coagulatory of bllod, plasmapheresis. In the first time was studed effect of plasmapheresis on ocular functional, coagulatory activity of eyewater, aggregation properties of erythrocytes and platelets, and lipid spectrum of blood. The method was applicated in practical work of ophthalmology hospitals. The use area is medicine, ophthalmology.
