Essay

The high temperature and hysteretic regimes of heat and mass transfer (HMT) and kinetics of heterogeneous and catalytic chemical reactions on a moving carbon particle and metal surfaces. The role of radiation, mass transfer, reacting component concentrations, Stefan flow, natural and induced convection, the effect of thermal kinetic parameters. The radiative criterion of two-loop HTM hysteresis being has been derived. Important results on dependences of induction time and duration of a high temperature regime of a carbon particle HTM on particle relative velocity have been obtained. The critical conditions of chemical reaction proceeding on catalysator surface being in the chemical reacting gas mixture have been determined. The conditions of degeneracy of hysteretic HTM regimes have been obtained.
