.The thesis contains the data characterizing the left ventricle diastolic dysfunction in patients with Essential Hypertension and Neurocirculatory Dystonia/ St is established that the different turns of the left ventricle remodelling prevail in the patients with the various types of the diastolic dysfunction. According to the data obtained in Essential Hypertension there exists the latent left ventricle diastolic dysfunction in rest which can be determined using the test with the isometric physical loading on the large muscular tracts. It is established that the left ventricle diastolic function in Essential Hypertension of the first stage and Neurocirculatory Dystonia differs significantly. The analysis of the influence of such antihypertensive drugs as enalapril, nifedipineretard and atenolol on the left ventricle diastolic dysfunction resulted in the working out the criteria of the differential use of these remedies in the mana gement of Essential Hypertension with the left ventricle diastoli c dysfunction.
