The dissertation is dedicated to the theoretical and practical aspects theoretical generalization and new methodical approaches to the development of regional external-economic relations in transitional economics. Systematic essence and pre-conditions of forming external-economical relations of a region are uncovered, conditional factors of its external-economical policy are grounded in this work. Methodical principles of forming mechanism of realization external-economic relations on different structural elements are defined. Perfection of economical aspects directions of legal provision of regional cooperation is worked out.
