Essay

Zeolite catalyst and reaction of alkylation of isobutane with butenes. Hydrothermal modification and steaming of zeolite catalysts of alkylation of isobutane with butenes. Methods of preparation of zeolite samples, steaming. IR-spectrosсopy, PMR, chromatograph. The high structural sensitivity of the faujasites regarding the water has been revealed. It is shown, that hydrothermal ion exchange and steaming optimize the acid spectrum of catalyst to move away the acid sites of the butene oligomerization. The oscillatory proceeding of the gas phase alkylation isobutane with butenes has been observed. Sphere of use petrochemistry.
