This dissertation is devoted to examination of a functional state of cells in a peripheral blood in glomerulonephritis. It was marked, that in increase of the activity of glomerulonephritis in the blood cells the anaerobic glycolysis is also increased and result in decrease of phagocytosis activity. The size of neutrophils, lymphocytes, monocytes and erythrocytes are enlarged. The studying a function state of blood cells it is possible to receive the information on a degree of activity of a glomerulonephritis. It was proved, that the best effect of treatment of a glomerulonephritis both in the experiment and in the patients was the combined therapy by glucocorticoids and hormons of a thyroid gland.
