. The thesis is dedicated to the important role of moni toring of arterial pressure in optimization of diagnostic and effective choice of the differentiated schemes of hy- potensive pharmacotherapy for patients with essential hypertension of miscellaneous sex, mis cellaneous deg- ree of heaviness of dise ase, hemodynamic type of cir -culation of the blood. The high reflec tion of daily monitoring of arterial pressure is revealed during several days. It is established, that there are basic types of progress of essential hypertension: unfavorable type in the prognostic plan - high variability of arterial pressure, abnormal daily rhythm of arterial pressure; favourable type in the prognostic plan - normal variability of arterial pressure during all terms of day, normal daily rhytm of arterial pressure. The mathematical model of average-day and average-night arterial pressure is deve loped with the help of the basic parameters of hemodynamic maintenance of dosed exercise loads and structurally-functional s tate of the myocardium. The schemes of the differentiated hypotensive pharmacotherapy are offered taking into account of basic parameters of the daily profile of arterial pressure.
