Grain-bean, emulsion, emulsife-type pastes. The methods: standard phisico-chemical, emulsifying ability, stabile emulsion. Technology of emulsife-type pastes with the use of grain-bean raw materials. Influence of technological factors and components compositions on emulsifying ability of systems that contain extrudates has been studied. Technological parameters of receipt stabile emulsions on the basis of grain-bean extrudates were found out and substantiated in the thesis. The pastes are introduced into production.
