Object of research - strains of conditionally pathogenic bacteria, isolated from patients with outhospital, hospital and aspiration pneumonia. Object of research - influencing of conditionally pathogenic bacteria on originating of immune and metabolic disturbance for patients with pneumonia. Method of testing - microbiological, immunology, biochemical, pathophysiology. The purpose of research - to elaborate the method of increase of etiopathogenetic pneumonia therapy efficiency with amison usage on the basis of analysis of immune suppressive, prooxydative and apoptogenous properties of their causative agents. The scientific novelty - apoptogenous and immune suppressive influence of exciters of pneumonia on neutrophils, monocytes, T- and B- lymphocytes is established. A degree of introduction - the original positions of the conducted researches are used in practice of public health of 5 medical entities and in 3 medical high schools are used in educational process
