Anokhina L. The subjects of administrative jurisdiction in Ukraine.

This thesis is dedicated to the problem of administrative jurisdiction in Ukraine. The work examines existing administrative jurisdiction; the perspective of its development is determined; the concept of the system of the subjects of administrative jurisdiction is analyzed; the legal statuts; the legal basis of activity, the questions within the jurisdiction of cases about the administrative infringements of law, procedural problems of the subject's activity of administrative jurisdiction are searched. Some proposals concerning the improvement of acting legislation and its practical use are formulated.
