The main these of dissertation contain analysis of pathogenetic peculiarities of liver disorders in chronic viral hepatitis B(VHB). Such disorders are characterized with development of secondary immune deficiency and microcirculation impairement especially pronounced in cholestasis. Correlation beetwen clinical manifestation, degree of immune status and microcirculation impairement chronic viral hepatitis B patients age and disease duration was revealed. Marked immunomodullatory action of systemic enzymotherapy, its positive influence on microcirculation and cholestatic syndrome elimination in chronic viral hepatitis B patients in replicative phase was noted. Sufficiency effective elimination of hepatitis B virus under the influense of systemic enzymotherapy was observed in chronical viral hepatitis B patients. Predictors of effeciveness of systemic enzymotherapy for chronical viral hepatitis B patients were identified.
