Object of investigation: microwave absorption spectra of the substance in the gas phase. The objective of the investigation: obtaining of the spectroscopic parameter values, which fit observed absoption spectra of the CH2CHCN, CH3COOH, CF3CFH2 and CH3CF2Cl substances with the accuracy of the modern experiment. The investigations were carried out using methods of gas phase radiospectroscopy. Theoretical and practical results, novelty: The wide-range spectrometer of the millimeter-wave range was created. It allows to increase effectiveness of the measurement process practically by two orders of magnitude providing spectral line frequency measurement accuracy not worse than 10 kHz. The new experimental data were obtained on absorption spectra of the CH2CHCN, CH3COOH, CF3CFH2 and CH3CF2Cl molecules in the millimeter-wave range with accuracy, which is by order of magnitude higher than in majority of previous investigations. For mentioned molecules the more accurate values of the spectroscopic parameters w ere obtained for the rotational spectra of these molecules in some vibrational states. For a number of excited vibrational states of the CF3CFH2 та CH3CF2Cl molecules the values of the spectroscopic parameters were determined for the first time. The sphere of application: radio physics, radio astronomy, physics of atmosphere.
