The thesis is devoted to the issues of perfection and improvement of prophylaxis and rehabilitation of chronic gastroduodenitis in children based on the research of the clinic and paraclinic features of development as well as the risk factors of contracting the disease in different climatic and geographic regions by elaborating a prognostication method of contracting CGD and HP-infection, working out an improved scheme of preliminary prophylaxis of the CGD progress in children from the risk group and elaborating the differentiated methods of stage-by-stage, complex treatment and rehabilitation.
