Essay

The dissertation is dedicated to psychological problems of manager's organizational activities in a school with polyethnic staff. The main attent has been given to determine reserves of the harmonization of teacher's personal perception of school work orientations as well as of the optimization of management intercourse and psychological climate. The components of the educational manager's activities connected with ethnopsychological peculiarities of managed objects have been outlined. The role of target designation and managing communication as of key components of the school manager's organizational activity has been shown The correspondent theoretical and methodical bases of investigation have been substantiated. The "one-type managing style" rule has been given down, and it has been shows that its breach in the polytechnic staff's work would be followed by meaningful negative tendencies. On the basis of the sociometric analysis of the structure of teachers' ' professional groups the steady tendency of predominance of choices where both their subject and their object belong to the same ethnic grope hasbeen demonstrated. The role of ethnically originated negative emotional states has been shown to put down essentially by the rationalization of interrelations in the process of the pedagogical staff members' common activities. The raising of psychological culture main reserves of improving of director's organizational activity and of ethnopsychological competence as well as relying on highlands moral traditions have been shown to be themain reserves improving of managers' organiyational activities at the school of the Karatchayevo-Cherkessian Republic. The programs and methodical recommendations are worked out and widely tested for different levels ofthe system of the postgraduate education of teachers and school managers.
