The PS1 complexes from grana margins region are capable to associate with phospho-PS2 and phospho-LHC2 which transfer energy to the PS1 complexes. The PS1complexes in intergrana thylakoids form assemblies with phospho-LHC2 only. The increase of reduction extent of electron-transfer chain causes the increase of LHCII pool, which migrates to intergrana thylakoids.
