Essay

The goal of this work is consists in mining a structure and technology of a facing tile on the basis of a concentrated binding silicate suspension (CBSS) and dust of gas purifying of production of metal manganese (DGPPMM). An object of investigation is concentrated binding silicate suspension on the basis of quartz sand, battered glass and dust of gas purifying of production of metal manganese. The outcomes of researches of influencing silicate gel, dust of gas purifying of production of metal manganese, reinforcement binding and influencing of the main technological parameters on physical-mechanical properties of a materials on the basis of CBSS. The optimum structure CBSS is designed. Are designed a structure and technology of a facing tile on the basis CBSS and DGPPMM.
