ние препарата вобензим, разработаны лечебные дозы, схема и длительность его применения у больных гипертрофической кардиомиопатией. 3. The dissertation is devoted to the problems of improved efficacy of treating patients with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy by including wobenzyme, a polyenzymic preparation, into the complex of individually selected pathogenetic therapy (b-adrenoblockers, calcium antagonists, nitrates, cordaron, inhibitors of angiotensin converting enzyme). Disturbances of lipid, calcium metabolisms, lipid peroxidation, hormonal and immune states have been detected and studied in the group of patients with various clinical forms of hypertrophic cardiomyopathy. It has been determined that the use of systemic enzymotherapy in hypertrophic cardiomyopathy combined with conventional pathogenetic treatment facilitates the improvement of lipid metabolism state, normalization of free-radical oxidation, calcium metabolism, hormonal and immune states as well as a distinct clinical effect. The practica l use of wobenzyme has been substantiated, therapeutic doses, schemes and the length of its administration in patients with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy have been developed.
