Essay

In dissertation work the analysis of statistical performances of decameter signals for want of sloping distribution in channels of a regular and artificially perturbed ionosphere is conducted. The experimental researches of influence of artificial a large-scale perturbed area on signals. The mathematical model decameter of signals is developed and the new algorithms of imitation of fuctuations of amplitude and phase of a signal are obtained. In the work the possibility of imitation of signals with polymodal distribution of amplitudes is considered.
