Essay

On basis of the theory of impact Sirsa-Timoshenko the mathematical model of a dynamic strength calculation dumpcars under transversal impact by massive bodes has been developed. The incident consignment is considered as the elastic massive body with a spherical lower surface. By the procedure of a finite element method the differential equations of researched construction movement by the impact have been formed. The integration of the differential equations of movement was carried out by the method Newmark. The damping interlayer and the free leaner of the upper frame on lower were represented by nonlinear connections. By the Hertz impact theory with allowance for of local plastic deformations in a zone of impact the equation of connection for determination of a impact force have been made. Setting the connection equations for the forces of interaction calculation have been used by diagrams of compression the damping of materials (devices). The technique of dynamic strength calculation is realized in a programm complex, which was applied on designing of supersize dumpcars of models 33-677 and 34-9019. In results of calculation the recommendations to factory-manufacturers about the choice of construction of the upper frame and floor have been given.
