The thesis is devoted to the formation of an adaptive maintenance system which will increase the operational reliability and efficiency of the use of accelerated rolling stock which already works in JSC "Ukrzaliznytsia" and will be delivered as part of the program of renewal of railway rolling stock. The results obtained can be used in the design and implementation of freight wagons with improved technical, economic, operational and environmental characteristics.
