Peculiarities of gastroduodenopathies in rheumatoid artritis patients receiving of non-steroidal antiinflammatory drugs were researched. these impairments showed to be atyhical with milder manifestenss of clinical symptoms and resistantness for treatment/ helicobacter pylori invasion influenced markedly on their proceeding. Helicobacter pylori in these patients had higher toxigenic qualities due to induction of synthesis of antibodies to bacterium associated with IgG and presence in genomic apparatus loci wich were responsible for production of CagA and VacA. The approaches to treatment of gastroduodenopathies induced by non-steroidal antiinflammatory drugs depending on gastryc acidity and presence Helicobacter pylori.
