Lazor V. Judicial and social aspect of essence of labour contract under modem conditions.

The concept and the essence of labour contract under the marketing conditions of the development of Ukraine are researched in the thesis. The legislation and law-used practice with the position of safety of the human essence of labour contract are defended. New scientific conclusions and principles on the legal problems of the regulation of labour relations at the present stage are defended, the recommendations on the improvement of the Labour Code of a number of Ukrainc special laws arc substantiated. The results of this work were used in study hours at the University and in some suggestions on the editing changes of the article 21 of the Labour Code.
