Phosphogybcoashcement binders and products fabricated on their base. The dissertation provides theoretical fundamentals and suggests experi mental results providing the possibility to obtain low - clinker phosphogybcoashcement binders with preliminary chemical activation of fly-ash and utilization of active mineral admixtures containing carbonate component, namely, flask-like chalky clay. It has been established, that maximum strength (Rst=l8,4 MPa) and water-resistance property Kp=0,79. The range of application - building.
