Talal M. Standard formation of organizational structures of enterprise management as an element of system technological quality complex in ISO 9000.

The thesis is devoted to the development of the theoretical basics and practical recommendations for a design of the organizational structures of management in the system of quality management and standardization of the design process of organizational structures of enterprise management. The thesis suggests a model for design of the organizational structures of management in the system of quality management which combines the consumers' requirements, governmental policy, standards requirements of ISO 9000 family, "Quality loops" and the organizational structures of management. The methodics of the primary data analysis, structure forming elements and their systems analysis in the organizational structures of management have been developed and suggested. The methodical basics of standardization of design process of the organizational structures of management in the system of quality management have been developed. They can be used for the development of the appropriate standards. The suggestions conce rning the picking out of the standard-type organizational units, the synthesis of which enables the possibility to create the organizational structures of management in the system of quality management have been developed.
