Il'nyts'ka N. The lease of the lands of agricultural purpose: legal aspects.

In this thesis the problems of lease of the lands of agricultural purpose, its specific judicial indications are researched and definition of the lease of those lands is given on the basis of analysis of science literature, national legislation and drafts of normative and legal acts of Ukraine and other countries, practice of law enforcement bodies. One grounds that the lease of the lands of agricultural purpose is a separate form of land tenture. One makes detailed analysis of substantial conditions of the lease agreement of land plot of agricultural purpose, legal conditions and arrangement of conclusion of agreement, as well as its dismission. One formulates recommendations aimed at improvement of legislation and practice in the sphere of conclusion and fulfilling a lease agreements of lands of agricultural purpose.
