The work is devoted to problems of effectiveness increasing of radiofrequency resource management in Ukraine. On the basis of research of the developed countries experience in the field of allocation of radiofrequencies and licensing of their use an optimal directions of reforming of radiofrequency resource management and licensing of radiofrequencies use in Ukraine are offered. The economic-mathematical model of the auction for the sale of such licenses is created.
