Dmytriv D. Construction design and argumentation of the main characteristics of small forage mixers

Scientific research aimed of raising the technical - economic characteristics of paddle screw forage mixers used by farmers by means of the construction design with the dose ineptly of components and their constructional and technological characteristics argumentation are presented in the dissertation. Mathematical models of the paddle-screw forage mixer and correlation of paddles of waking body with the forage have been developed. Analytical dependencies for calculation of paddles strength and working capability have been determined. Constructional technological characteristics of the loading and mixing parts of the working body have been theoretically and practically argent. The criteria of similarity for design of forage mixer of and their size were determined.Technical basis for production of screw components of mixers working badies have been designed. Recommendation to choose the most convenient operating conditions and constructional-technological characteristics of forage mixers have been worke d out.
