The dissertation is devoted to development of competitive pneumoscrew installation with non-cantilever auger at the expense of increase of an overall performance of its pressure head mechanism. The mathematical model of process of interaction non-cantilever auger of installation with a loose material is constructed. The determining parameters are revealed and the theoretical parities for account of the geometrical characteristics and moding parameters mode small power consuption auger-type crowing gear of installation are deduced. The theoretical and experimental dependences of influence of height of a unloading window of the cylindrical case, pressure in mixing air chamber and number of coils non-cantilever auger on power consumption of working process in the auger-type crowing gear of installation are received. The rational sizes of these parameters ensuring the minimal power consumption of work of the auger-type crowing gear of installation are given.
