The paper devotes to influence of the outer forces to systems in which light flows are operated with free electrons. Influence on a system of the free electrons one can change parameters of passing light through the optical fiber. In the paper is considered influence on the parameters of the optical fiber with waves of the spatial charge (WSC) taking info account the optical fibers anisotropy and loss of energy.
