The increase of accuracy and speed of the monitoring system of relative moving of the locomotive wheels and rails is reached with the help of a method of measurement of speed of the locomotive movrment based on definition of time passaging between two ferromagnetic sensors by gauges of a magnetic label, generated on a surface of rail driving. The processing of the information is made by the built - in micro-computer.
