3. The objects of research are foodcrushers and them mechanisms and separate elements. The aim of the this thesis is increasing of foodcrusher's reliability on the basis structural analysis of the constructions; determine of the reasons of failures and elimination them by design-technological methods. The investigations have been based on the complexy-systimetical theory with using analytical, mathematical, logicaly-emitional and statistical methods. The novelty is consist of determining analytical formula's for estimate of the foodcrushers reliability and them separate elements and an influence the main kind of defects on dependability and the limitation values of crushing chamber parts reliability were founded out. There were devolved hummers of the high longevity. It's been made a new special devices for measurement quantity of the wear of the hummers and bottoms of a foodcrushers. The results of the investigations have been inserted to "Novograd-Volinskiy plant agricultural machinery". The effect f rom implantation hummers has been made 182 grn. for one machine. The main results of thesis widely can be used for scientifically and research organizations.
