The dissertanitation is devoted to studying lesions of the myocardium, endocardium, and pericardium in patients suffering from the systemic sclerodermia using clinical and instrumental methods of diagnostics/ On the basis of electrocardiographic and echocardiographic data it was establishedexistece of sexual dimorphism of the sclerodermic cardiopathy. Biophysical states of the blood and urine were also investigated in the systemic sclerodermia patients. The latter allowed to reveal influence of protein, lipid and inogranic constituents upon surface tension of the abjve-mentioned biological liquids and to determine the role, which shifts in biophysical parametrs played in developmtnt of the systemic sclerodermia. efficacious methods of pathogenetic therapy of the angiotensine-coverting-enzyme inhibitors and blockers of the angiotensine-IIreceptors.
