3. Subject of research - mutual tie of structural and chemical inhomogeneity with machinability. The purpose of research - discovering of high-strength cast iron inhomogeneity and influence on the machinability. Improving high-strength casiron spheroidal graphite cast iron machinability based on the complex cast iron characteristic - the inhomogeneity factor. Methods of research - optical and electron microscopy, Method method measuring of microhardness and cutting force momentary magnitudes.Theoretical and practical outcomes- - examine possibl criterions of machinability and its dependence from properties. Based on the the researches proposes ccharacteristic characteristic which reflect peculiarity of structur cast iron (its inhomogeneity) and determined the machinability.
