Yeremenok I. Centrifugal shelling machine improvement

The object of research is the centrifugal machine and technological process of grouts and oil-yielding crops grain shelling. The purpose of research - quality increasing and power consumption decreasing of shelling process in grouts and seed-oil manufacturing by improvement shelling centrifugal machine, substantiation of its constructional parameters and modes. The researches were based on the system analysis, theory of mathematical modeling, modern methods of optimization of technical systems with computer technologies, planning of experiment and statistical processing of the information using. The scientific novelty consists the improved description of grain movement in the plane of a rotor rotation in tubular directing guide of any curvature, that meet the requirements of the condition of realization of the most effective impact of a grain, during its shelling; substantiation of rational parameters of working bodies and modes of the centrifugal shelling machine. The two-stage shelling technology w as substantiated. The results of work are introduced on public corporations "Umanfermash" and "Agromash". Estimated effect from introduction of development work in agricultural processing area makes 230,1-313,4 thousand of GUA per one year. The results of thesis can be widely used by research and design organizations with shelling machines development and improvement.
