Research subjects: wine grape cultivars Pinot gris and Bastardo magarachsky, wine made of these cultivars. Research objectives: estimation of influence of amber, citric acids, titanium alon and titanium in complex with one of acids on growth, of Pinot gris and Bastardo magarachsky cultivars. Methods: usual registration and analyzing for viticulture, chemical analysis of wine, dispersion analysis. Theoretical and practical results: It was climated that non-root treatment by organic acids and 4-chloride titanium alone or by combination of 4-chloride titanium with amber or citric acids influences positively on growth, development, productivity and grape guality of Pinot gris and Bastardo magarachsky cultivars; because of the substances studied, the deeper inflorescence differentiation occured, which reflexes on the crop amount and quality; the influens of biostimulators on the quality of wine made of Pinot gris and Bastardo magarachsky sky cultivars was studied, the scheme of wines production proposed; sc ientifically based recommendations worked out concerning application of amber, citric fcids and titanium in grape growing. Novelty of introduced: the possibility of using amber, citric acids and 4-chloride titanium alone or in composition of 4-chloride titanium with one of the acids for not-root freatment on the Bordo liquid phone, for cultivars able to high sugar accumulation. Implementation degree: productional innovation was embodied in the winlyards of "Youjhny", Saratsky district, Odessa region. Effectiveness: will promote obtaining high and conditional crops and quality wines, rational using of viticulture and wine -making reserves.
