The object of research: A technology of forming wear-resistant coatings on component. The purpose of research: Development of economic methods of forming wear-resistant metal-carbide coating. Methods of research: structural, physic-chemical, tribotechnical. Equipment: Microscopes, difractometr. Theoretical and practical results: Mechanism of processes of synthesis materials and coatings in exothermal mixture has been investigated. Procedures of calculation and technological flow charts of coatings formation on components are developed. New offered results: a new methods of forming wear-resistant coatings is developed. Level of application: result is used in short-run and repair productions. Field of applications: repair, machine-building.
