Trostyanets'ka E. Economic and organization foundations leasing relationships in commercial sea ports

The dissertation is dedicated to the solution of the problem of increasing of economic efficiency of Ukrainian Merchant sea port's activity owing to the use of new kinds of leasing relationships. The paper deals with theoretical foundations of leasing relationships, evolution of their development, peculiarities of their use in marine ports. Methodical approaches towards the franchising use in the ports have been grounded, the ways of improving of methodical statements on leasing payments calculations with consideration of the lessee's and the lessor's interests are suggested. Alternative variants of organization provisions of leasing operations by means of Marine leasing company establishment are suggested.
