Todoshchak O. Service in customs organs of Ukraine (administrative legal and social legal aspects)

The dissertation is devoted to the complex investigation of administrative and legal problems with the purpose of social, legal and state protection of employees of customs organs. The author puts the accent on the fact that this group of employees occupies a special place in the system of state employees one of the factors of which is a complex of means for protection of health, honour and dignity, property of employees of customs organs (to some extent – members of their families). In the number of these factors the author includes specific measures of social, legal and state protection, believing that they essentially influence on the content of administrative and legal status of customs employees. In the dissertation the appointed means of social, legal and state protection of customs employees are analyzed and the measures increasing the effectiveness of their operation are proposed.
