The dissertanitation is devoted to the studi of physicochemical properties of the blood and urine using dynamic interphase tensiometry in diabetic nephropthy and chronic pyelonephritis in patients with diabetes mellitus (DM). DM is characterised by a decreased surfacetension of biologic fluids in the area of median and long times of surface life. A tendency to the restoration of surface tension, biologic fluids indices occurs during treating such patients, but normalisation of adsorbtion urine tensiograms in diabetic nephropathy is observed only against the background of angiotensinconverting ferment ingibitors.
