In the dissertation new differential-diagnostic criteria of the objective diagnostics of chronic stone-free cholecystitis, chronic hepatitis in person who took part in chernobil liguidation work are presented and chronic toxic-allergic hepatitis were elaborated based on the deter- mination of nuclei acids in blood and bile. This method is proposed as a highinformative method on the early stage of a hepatobiliar system disorder, affording a real oppor- tinity to specify the direction of a pathological process and make prognosis as to the course of disease according (прізвище, ім'я, по батькові) to the change of the level of nuclei acids in blood and bile. The luminescent spectra of the nuclei acids of blood and bile were studied, their diagnostical importance is shown.
