The thesis is devoted to problem of simulation and research of evolution inhomogeneous Markov process under operation powerful influence. The processes of focusing and stabilization are described. The application of results for processes with continuous number of states is proved. The general random walk scheme on graphs is considered. The problem of stabilization for processes with changing number of states is studied. The conditions of stabilization are found. Results of thesis can be used at a study of technological processes, running in conditions of quickly changing external influence; at processes with changing number of states; at the analysis of some economic tasks, the study of processes of diffusion, occurring in fluid mixtures.
