Essay

The processes of structural and phase transformations in indium and gallium selenides semiconductor compounds during own oxides and nitrides formation have been investigated. It was shown, that the oxidation of indium and gallium monoselenides involves the formation of the phase with the higher selenium contents. The experimental investigations were confirmed by phase equilibria diagrams. Results may be used for the construction of the hetrostructeres, based on indium and gallium selenides.
