Kavare V. Regularities of morphological changes in animal adenohypophysis in the conditions of action of the ionizing radiation and heavy metal salts

In the thesis morphological changes in rat adenohypophysis exposed to the ionizing radiation and heavy metal salts are investigated. This study contains new experimental data about thenegative changes of hypophysis cells exposed to the influence of modulated ecological factors in Sumy region. It is identified, that combined action of radiation and heavy metals, when they summarise, cause sinergic effect in the hypophysis. It was made the correction attempt of the morphological changes, caused by the action of ecological factors, using such drug as ersol. It is revealed, that given drug partially restores the gland condition due to intensification of reparative processes. The main results of this study are introdused to the educational process at the departments in high educational schools of Ukrain.
