Dissertation is devoted to the study of the dynamic functional state of cardiovascular system during 5 years in persons who took part in Chernobyl liquidation work. During investigation of cardiovascular diseases structure in liquidators and changes of cardiovascular functional activity was determine increase percent patients with arterial hypertension, taking arterial hypertension's peculiarities with blood pressure considerable variety during twenty four hours, prevalence increase dyastolic arterial pressure and eccentric hypertrophy with decrease ejection fraction. Left ventriculary dilatation was determine in liquidators with normal arterial pressure. Significants of complex out observation methods was marked. Progressive decrease cardiovascular functional ability exist on background albumen-distrophyc changes in myocard and other organs, sclerotical changes in vessels of liquidators and peculiar elderly persons. The results of the study have been implemented into practical work.
