Essay

The dissertation contains the results of clinico-laboratiry and instrumental methods of investigation of 125 patients with rheumatoid arthritis. It was determined that gastrointestinal side-effects of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs depend on dose and duration of their usage. The usage of enterosorbent "Poly Karaya" and synthetic prostaglandines cytotec {misoprostol) in complex therapy of patients with rheumatoid arthritis can prevent or treat the clinical and endoscopy manifestations of gastrointestinal side-effects of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs be able to prevent and treat.
