Essay

The dissertation is devoted to determination of clinicodiagnostic markers of bronchial asthma formation, course and efficiency of treatment. A new methodic approach has been used which was based on the combination of classic methods of defining disease's form and degree of severity with investigation of interleukin concentration dynamics, the degree of endogenic intoxication, immunocytogenetic status of the organism and patients' quality of life. Complex investigation of 160 patients and 90 healthy persons showed multifactor type of disease inheritance. Having taken into account hereditary predisposition of patients to bronchial asthma, algorhytm of its risk factors as well as scheme of rational sequence of investigation have been worked out. The using area is a medicine.
