Ekel' N. Complex study of properties of flax - containing textile materials for shoes

The thesis is aimed at theoretical and practical graunding of the use of flax- containing textile materials in the shoe industry. The assortment of flax- containing mono-layer and multi- layer textile materials for shose has been developed. For the first-time, the useful first-time, the useful model for multi-layer flax- containing textile material has been developed for the shose purpose. The analysis of existing doubling methods has been conducted. A new technological mode has been developed that is based on the way for uniting material layers with polyvinylacetate ( PVA) by the point method. The choice of shoe assortment has been justified on the basis of using new flax- containing material. An exploitation evaluation ( experimental application) of the developed shoe models has been implemented. The classification of shoe guality indices for multi - layer textile materials has been elaborated. To evaluate hygienic properties of shoes of flax-containing textile materials the following definition met hods have been developed: - germicidal influence of materials; - prespiration impact on exploctation indices of shoes. It has been proposed to evaluate comfortability of shose on the basis of a complex index developed by the author. The imperet of radioactive radiation on strength characteristics of flax - containing shoe materials has been determined. The economical effect of introdusing men shoes with combined upper layer( fabric+ leather) is egual to 13,9 gruvnyas per 1000 pairs of shoes.
