. The object of investigation is lyric and epic poetry by Sosyura of the 20-s of the twentieth century. The aim of the investigation is to ascertain the reasons and modes expressing the duality of poet's artistic world by the example of the works by V.Sosyura.The methods of investigation: historic-genetic, typological, systematic, structural, poststructural. The scientific novelty of the dissertation is found in the systematic working out of the common conformities and aesthetic specificity of duality of lyric world in the works by the poet of the period of transition. The results of the investigation may be used in the process of teaching university courses of theory and history of literature.
