Versal' N. Financial methods state regulation of bank activity.

In dissertation work the theoretical and practical questions of state regulation of bank activity with use of financial methods and tools, appropriate to them are investigated. The economic nature is opened and the objective necessity of regulation of bank activity is proved. Is found out, that the regulation is not state monopoly and can be carried out by other public formations, though in transformation conditions the advantage is given back just to state regulation. The essence and structure of financial methods of state regulation of activity of commercial banks is investigated. The role of financial tools in formation of financial methods is determined. In this connection the system of financial tools is considered which is at disposal of bodies of state authority. The influence of the financial specifications on profitability of domestic commercial banks is investigated.
