BOBKOVA S. Peculiarities of orthopedic treatment by removable laminar dentures in patients with bronchial asthma.

Тhe scientific work is devoted to treatment and prophylaxis of complications developing at application of partial removable laminar dentures from acrylic plastic in patients with bronchial asthma. In thesis were studied physico-mechanical properties of acrylic plastic which were made by compression pressing, casting pressing and microwalve polymarization. It was proved the advantage of microwave polymarization. With the help of cytochemical, immunological methods and clinical abservation was gave the basing of application of sorbent of carbon DNA-keeping for reduce "zone of risk" of development of inflammatory complications of orthopedic treatment in patients with bronchial asthma. It was examined 169 patients. For prognosis of development of inflammatory changes of mucosal membrane denture bed in patients with bronchial asthma was offered a laboratory symptomocomplex including absence in experiment of full elimination of DNA-keeping by sorbent of DNA-E-RFL, the increase of content intracellular glycogen in neutrophyles of peripheral blood, and also the change of proteolytic activity in blood cells.
